that are less prepared to stop their criminal deeds. The majority of all criminals, unless they’re mentally unstable, commit crimes thinking they’re the one that won’t get caught.

When crime prevention or crime elimination programs are designed, they need to be designed in such a manner that keeps the criminals constantly on edge that they’ll be detected and arrested. These programs must be offensive or preventative in nature, which gives the police the best odds of success at apprehension. At all times, the criminals should feel the police, citizens, business owners, or law enforcement technologies tip the scale against them and the chances of being caught are a true reality. In a perfect scenario, the hope would be the criminal would abandon the thought of committing the criminal act altogether.
