In support of Adopt-A-Cop-Solutions

As I wind down my duties and responsibilities as the CEO and President of Associated Builders and Contractors, and it’s 1000 members in the State of Michigan, I have represented not just those that develop and build communities but many of its developers as well. These are the largest commercial contractors in the state representing over 500,000 employees. We understood all too well the challenges surrounding these job creators in areas where crime is high and opportunities to provide jobs negligible because of that. Development creates building and building creates jobs and that is an absolute recipe to change the fortunes of communities riddled with crime.

Currently I am also the CEO & Founder of Total Solutions Group, a Minority Owned Consulting Firm specializing in government affairs, public policy issues and strategic planning.  I have personally witnessed the devastation of the worse effects of crime suffering the loss of my own sister to a senseless murder. My community service serving on boards of directors for centers that protect our youth, women and most vulnerable citizens has been decades long. What Adopt-A-Cop-Solutions provides is a necessary means to an end, the reduction and goal of crime removal and an increase in the quality of life for the citizens in the areas it operates in.

The decades of crime fighting and prevention by the company’s leaders, led by Brian Berg, brings credibility and the required skill sets to make this solution viable and community changing.
